Innovation objectives are set, and the portfolio and initiatives are organized into an organic agenda (R&D and incremental improvements), an inorganic agenda (M&A and JVs), and an open innovation agenda. We assist in developing the open innovation strategy as part of an overall Innovation Strategy. We help set objectives, KPIs, and the specifications of tools (Corporate Venture Capital, Incubation, Innovation Labs), governance and team structure. The plan includes the implementation roadmap, projections, and control tools.
We provide regular external support for the analysis, management, and control of Corporate Venturing initiatives. In the case of a CVC initiative, we support our clients in the search, evaluation, due diligence, closing, and control of investments, as well as in capital raising and performance reporting.
